Your data as a customer

We use your name, address and email address for your order, your receipts, reminders and to contact you about your station. We keep them for as long as you're a customer and after that for as long as the law requires for our accounts (7 years). We don't sell anything on and we don't send advertising.

Your listeners' data (processing agreement)

When someone listens to your station, the server sees their IP address and the app or player they use. That's needed to send the music and for your listening statistics. For this data you are the controller and we are your processor. The following applies:

• We only use the data to deliver your stream and show your statistics, never for anything else.
• We keep raw connection data for no more than 30 days; after that only totals without IP addresses.
• The servers are hosted by Hetzner Online in Germany (sub-processor, within the EU).
• We secure the servers and report any data breach to you within 48 hours.
• If you stop, we delete your station's data within 30 days.

Requests

If a listener makes a song request with a name or message, we keep it for 30 days so the DJ can read it out. We only use the IP address to limit abuse.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in and one that remembers your language choice. No tracking cookies, no ads.
